Terms and Conditions of Marz
I. General Provisions
1.1 Contracting Parties
In these terms, "Marz" refers to Hainan Marz Network Information Technology Co., Ltd.; "User" refers to any individual using the Marz online platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").
These terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") establish the rights and obligations between users and Marz when using the Platform.
1.2 Applicability of Terms
Accessing or using the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms (whether registered or not). Registered users must comply with all Terms, while non-registered users only need to comply with Articles 1, 2, 6-12, and 14. Marz recommends that all users carefully read the Terms.

II. Platform Content
2.1 Scope of Services
The Platform provides real-time scores and statistics for over 20 sports events through its website (www.marsaidata.com) and mobile applications. Data comes from third parties, official channels, or internal processing. Marz strives for accuracy but cannot guarantee it is error-free. Users are advised to verify information through other sources and use the content at their own risk. Platform content may vary by region, language, and other factors, and includes both proprietary and third-party content.
2.2 Responsibility for Use
Users use Platform features, software, and information based on personal needs at their own risk. Commercial use of the Platform is prohibited.
2.3 Registration and Paid Content
Some features require registration (which may include age restrictions). Unregistered users may not have access to full services. Some content requires payment to unlock.
2.4 User Content and Code of Conduct
Uploaded Content: Users must ensure content is legal and does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights (such as unauthorized copyrighted material). Users bear full responsibility for their uploaded content.
Content Removal: Marz has the right to remove violative content (such as content that violates the Terms or harms others' rights) and may notify users as appropriate (unless restricted by law).
2.5 Compliance with Local Laws
Users must comply with the laws of their country of residence or nationality.
2.6 Intellectual Property Protection
Platform text, images, designs, etc., are protected by copyright (collectively referred to as "Copyrighted Content"). Commercial use of content without permission is prohibited. Only fair use within legally permitted limits is allowed.
2.7 Consequences of Infringement
Infringement of copyright, trademark rights, or database rights may result in civil, administrative, or criminal liability.
2.8 Database Security
Platform database content is specially protected by law. Unauthorized extraction or public use is prohibited.
2.9 Prohibition of Interference with Platform
Users must not interfere with Platform operations, compromise network security, or consume server resources through automated requests. Reverse engineering and unauthorized embedding or crawling are prohibited.
2.10 Advertising Display
Users consent to the display of advertisements (including third-party ads) on the Platform.
2.11 Statement Regarding Gambling
The Platform does not provide gambling services or financial advice. Displayed odds are for informational reference only.
III. Service Agreement
3.1 Registration Method
Clicking the corresponding button constitutes an offer to enter into a service agreement with Marz. The agreement becomes effective once permission to use the service is granted.
3.2 Fee Responsibility
Users are responsible for their own communication costs (such as internet fees), which should not exceed standard rates.
IV. User Account
4.1 Account Protection
Accounts are protected through third-party login credentials (such as Google/X). Users must safeguard their credentials. Marz is not responsible for credential disclosure.
4.2 Account Restrictions
Marz has the right to restrict account access in the event of user breach of contract.
V. Service Terms
5.1 Service Changes
Marz reserves the right to adjust the Platform based on business needs.
5.2 Disclaimer
Marz is not liable for Platform malfunctions, data loss, device damage, or losses resulting from improper use by users. Users must promptly report account anomalies.
5.3 Usage Standards
Users may personalize settings but are prohibited from sending spam or engaging in fraudulent behavior. Marz has the right to ban accounts of violating users.
VI. Data and Privacy
For details on how we collect, use, and protect user data, please refer to Marz's separately published Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted that policy. User data is processed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL) and other applicable regulations.
VII. Cookie Management
The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience and gather service usage statistics. For details on how cookies are used and managed, please refer to the relevant section of the Privacy Policy.
VIII. Termination of Agreement
8.1 Termination by User
Users may apply to cancel their account at any time through the Platform's account settings, upon which this Agreement shall terminate. Any outstanding matters prior to cancellation (such as unfulfilled orders) shall remain subject to this Agreement.
8.2 Termination by Marz
If a user breaches any provision of this Agreement, Marz reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the user's account without prior notice. Following termination, the user may no longer access or use the Platform in any manner.
IX. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Exclusions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marz shall not be liable for: force majeure events (including natural disasters, war, or government actions), third-party service interruptions, or service unavailability caused by user device failures or network issues.
9.2 Liability Cap
Marz's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by that user to Marz for the relevant services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
9.3 Indirect Losses
Marz shall not be liable for any indirect, special, punitive damages, or loss of profits.
X. Protection of Minors
10.1 Age Restriction
Registration is not available to minors under the age of 14. Users aged 14 to 18 may use the Platform only with the knowledge and consent of their legal guardian.
10.2 Guardian Responsibility
By consenting to a minor's use of the Platform, the guardian agrees to be bound by this Agreement and assumes supervisory responsibility for the minor's activities on the Platform.
XI. Payment and Refund Policy
11.1 Paid Content
Paid content on the Platform (including but not limited to membership subscriptions and data packages) should be reviewed for features and service descriptions before purchase.
11.2 Refund Policy
All paid content is non-refundable once purchased. If a paid service is completely unavailable due to technical issues on Marz's end, users may contact support@marsaidata.com to request assistance, and Marz will provide appropriate compensation at its discretion.
11.3 Auto-Renewal
If a user enables auto-renewal, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Fees charged due to late cancellation are non-refundable.
XII. Amendment of Terms
12.1 Notice of Changes
Marz reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users at least 15 days before taking effect via in-app notifications or registered email.
12.2 Implied Acceptance
Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not accept the changes should cease using the Platform and cancel their account before the changes take effect.
XIII. Governing Law
This Agreement and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan).
XIV. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Amicable Resolution
Any dispute between a user and Marz shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of its occurrence, either party may submit it to arbitration pursuant to Article 14.2.
14.2 Arbitration
Disputes shall be submitted to the Hainan Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its then-current arbitration rules. The place of arbitration shall be Hainan Province, and the language of arbitration shall be Chinese. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
