莫尔兹 用户协议

一、总则

1.1 签约方

在本协议中,"莫尔兹"指海南莫尔兹网络信息科技有限公司;"用户"指任何使用莫尔兹在线平台(以下简称"平台")的个人。

本协议(以下简称"条款")规定了用户在使用平台时与莫尔兹之间的权利和义务。

1.2 条款适用范围

访问或使用平台即表示接受本条款(无论是否注册)。注册用户必须遵守所有条款,未注册用户仅需遵守第1、2、6-12及14条。莫尔兹建议所有用户仔细阅读本条款。

二、平台内容

2.1 服务范围

平台通过其网站(www.marsaidata.com)和移动应用程序提供20多项体育赛事的实时比分和数据统计。数据来自第三方、官方渠道或内部处理。莫尔兹力求准确,但不保证无误。建议用户通过其他渠道核实信息,并自行承担使用风险。平台内容可能因地区、语言等因素而有所不同,包括自有内容和第三方内容。

2.2 使用责任

用户根据个人需要使用平台功能、软件和信息,风险自担。禁止商业使用平台。

2.3 注册与付费内容

部分功能需要注册(可能包括年龄限制)。未注册用户可能无法使用全部服务。部分内容需付费解锁。

2.4 用户内容与行为准则

上传内容:用户必须确保内容合法,不侵犯第三方知识产权(如未经授权的版权材料)。用户对其上传内容承担全部责任。

内容删除:莫尔兹有权删除违规内容(如违反条款或损害他人权益的内容),并可酌情通知用户(法律限制除外)。

2.5 遵守当地法律

平台文字、图片、设计等受版权保护(统称"受版权保护的内容")。未经许可禁止商业使用内容。仅允许在法律允许范围内的合理使用。

2.7 侵权后果

2.9 禁止干扰平台

三、服务协议

Terms and Conditions of Marz

I. General Provisions

1.1 Contracting Parties

In these terms, "Marz" refers to Hainan Marz Network Information Technology Co., Ltd.; "User" refers to any individual using the Marz online platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").

These terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") establish the rights and obligations between users and Marz when using the Platform.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

Accessing or using the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms (whether registered or not). Registered users must comply with all Terms, while non-registered users only need to comply with Articles 1, 2, 6-12, and 14. Marz recommends that all users carefully read the Terms.

II. Platform Content

2.1 Scope of Services

The Platform provides real-time scores and statistics for over 20 sports events through its website (www.marsaidata.com) and mobile applications. Data comes from third parties, official channels, or internal processing. Marz strives for accuracy but cannot guarantee it is error-free. Users are advised to verify information through other sources and use the content at their own risk. 2.2 Responsibility for Use

Users use Platform features, software, and information based on personal needs at their own risk. Commercial use of the Platform is prohibited.

Users must not interfere with Platform operations, compromise network security, or consume server resources through automated requests. Reverse engineering and unauthorized embedding or crawling are prohibited.

Users consent to the display of advertisements (including third-party ads) on the Platform.

2.11 Statement Regarding Gambling

III. Service Agreement

Clicking the corresponding button constitutes an offer to enter into a service agreement with Marz. The agreement becomes effective once permission to use the service is granted.

IV. User Account

Users may personalize settings but are prohibited from sending spam or engaging in fraudulent behavior. Marz has the right to ban accounts of violating users.
